    2.       A one night's rent is required as a deposit with the balance due 30 days before you arrive.

    3.       We will not charge your deposit until we have confirmed the reservation with you in writing (within 24 hours).

    4.       We will remind you before your balance is due to verify it is okay to process.

    5.       You can add CSA travel insurance, damage insurance , pool heat, cribs, grills and so forth to your stay as needed.

    Regal Oaks is one of the closest vacation home communities to Disney (approx 3 miles) and just 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport. Well stocked supermarkets and plenty of restaurants are nearby means that you have all you need to ensure a perfect vacation. You can walk to all the restaurants and shops in Old Town as well as the rides and amusements at Fun Spot. If playing a round of golf is your thing then you are in the right place with a choice of championship golf courses all on your door step.

    Two ratings....First for OVH360. Excellent company to deal with. Actually get to speak to a person who WILL return your calls almost immediately. 100% satisfaction with them. Second rating for Regal Oaks, excellent place to stay for the money. Really had a great time. Didn't want to post a review until I saw if I got my deposit back, but I got the deposit back in less than 1 week. Only complaint (and I only post in hopes they will change their policy), is that the pool closes at 7:00p.m. A little too early when you don't get home from the parks until 6:30. Will definitely stay there again. Loved it.

    We were very happy with the level of cleanliness of the home when we arrived. Loved having free long distance in North america, lots of tvs, no problems with Wi-Fi. View of the Pond and the pool off our back deck were very welcome. Lots of natural light in this house. The unit does badly need some new pots and pans. Otherwise, no complaints about anything!
